- After Yolanda closes the door to her office, the opening and closing hours under the red cross disappear.
- The door to one of Kadic’s dorms is open when Odd talks to Aelita despite it being closed in the shot before it.
- The handle of the nurse’s office door is on the right instead of the left when Aelita tells Yolanda she forgot her health record.

About the series

- French title: Au meilleur de sa forme

- This episode was originally number 48.
- Usually XANAfied people and spectres throw purple lightning, but in this episode only XANA-Yolanda throws yellow balls of energy and is surrounded by a yellow aura.
- Aelita (to Yumi): "XANA has already pulled this one on us!”
Aelita makes an allusion to episode 40 “Attack of the Zombies” in which XANA made the tower invisible to try and stop Aelita from deactivating it.

About references

- Ulrich makes an allusion to “Rambo”. This is the character from the film and book in which the hero is John Rambo, a retired and very skilled soldier.
